Job Title: Audiovisual (AV) Installation Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Phoenix, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT, Austin, TX, Albuquerque, NM

Job Summary:

The Installation Technician is responsible for installing audiovisual (AV) systems and equipment in both office and field environments. This role includes performing rack work, installing hardware, terminating connectors, and supporting system deployment according to technical drawings and schematics. The position requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in physically demanding installation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install AV equipment including displays, speakers, microphones, control systems, and associated hardware.
Perform rack assembly and installation work both in the office and on job sites.
Read and interpret schematic drawings and installation diagrams to ensure proper system setup.
Terminate and connect various types of cabling and connectors used in AV systems.
Support system installations in the field and assist with equipment mounting and setup.
Maintain and use personal installation tools required for the role.
Perform physically demanding installation tasks as required on job sites.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred.
1+ year of installation experience preferred, though entry-level or “green” technicians are welcome to apply.
Ability to read and understand schematic drawings and technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of AV systems, cabling, and connector termination.
Must be able to perform labor-intensive tasks associated with equipment installation.
Ability to lift and transport AV equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Experience:

1+ year of AV or installation experience preferred
Entry-level candidates with an interest in AV technology are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding opportunities with existing customers. This role focuses on identifying prospects, generating leads, and guiding clients through the sales process to deliver technology solutions that support their communication and collaboration needs. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable with outreach and relationship building, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Work with channel partners and internal teams to generate and qualify leads.
Identify client needs and recommend technology solutions that align with their operational goals.
Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing opportunities.
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
Stay informed about industry trends and technology solutions to effectively support client conversations.
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in sales preferred, ideally in technology, AV integration, or a related industry.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Experience working with channel partners or technology solutions is a plus.
